To highlight the natural flavor of these great beans, Quintino's roasts these beans in our unique light style. (We strictly forbid the use of any roasting or flavor enhancers.)
Our Signature blend, Sumatran mellow is a blend of Gayo and Mandheling triple pick speciality beans. A soft full bodied easy drinking coffee that can be enjoyed any time of day.
However for lovers of a dark roasted and deep bodied coffee, we can recommend our Archipelago Espresso blend.
